Graduating student proposes to girlfriend at their signing out, she throws away the ring (Video)

 There was a dramatic scene at a Nigerian university recently when a young man proposed to his girlfriend after their final exams.

In a video making rounds online, the guy could be seen on his knee with a ring in his hand asking his woman to marry him.


A crowd gathered and were cheering them up, even the lady’s friends were happy for her and patiently waiting to hear her say Yes.


But the lady shocked everyone as she collected the ring and threw it away.

This left the young man and other students stunned as he kept looking around to see the ring on the floor.Watch video here

eNaira app taken down from Google play store days after it was launched by President Buhari

  Days after the eNaira speed wallet application was launched by President Muhammadu Buhari after being rolled out by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), it has been taken down from Google play store.    The eNaira speed wallet has reportedly been receiving negative reviews from Nigerians who tried creating an account.  Reacting to claims of the apps being taken down from Google play store for violating its policies which includes functionality, Osita Nwanisobi, spokesperson of the CBN told TheCable that the removal was to help the apex bank upgrade the app’s functionalities.   Nwanisobi said;    “There is an upgrade going on and I guess it’s ok now."   The mobile application for merchants which is called ‘eNaira Speed Merchant Wallet’, is still available for download. It also has bad reviews even though it has 10,000 downloads.
