Super Eagles legend Sunday Oliseh has taken timeout of his schedule to applaud
the quality and design of Nigeria’s jersey for the forthcoming 2018 Fifa World Cup
in Russia.
The 43-year-old was a regular face in the Super Eagles set-up during his hey days
where he played eight matches for Nigeria after appearing in two World Cups;
USA ’96 and France ’98.
Reacting on his official Twitter account, the former Eagles captain admitted that
the jersey designed by renowned sports' kit manufacturers Nike will win more
friends’ for the Eagles’ during the global football showpiece in Russia.

 “I really find this Latest Super Eagles Jersey and outfit not only unique but inspiring!
“Really well thought out and designed. One thing is for sure, the Opponents in Russia will be
queuing to change shirts after the games. World Cup 2018 is here!,” tweeted Oliseh.
The former Eagles' midfielder is widely remembered for the wonder goal strike
against Spain’s La Roja, during Nigeria’s famous 3–2 over European powerhouse
Spain at France ’98 World Cup.

Boko Haram Ambush Passengers, Release Muslims, Detain Christians

  ISWAP,  a deadly faction of the now-depleted Boko Haram Insurgents on Tuesday ambushed passengers on the Maiduguri- Tamsu Kawu-Ngamdu-Damaturu road. Naija News gathered that the terrorists abducted several passengers aboard eight commercial and private vehicles near a bridge between Tamsu Kawu and Ndamdu town at about 3PM.
